  3. I provide you with positive role models who look like you and have achieved success in various fields.
  4. I offer you resources and support to help you navigate challenges related to race, gender, and other factors that may impact your lives.
  5. I encourage you to speak up and advocate for yourselves and others when faced with injustice or discrimination.

Ultimately, the most important insight I can offer all of you young black girls is to remind you that you are valued and worthy, and I support you in your journey of self-discovery and growth.
